Dear Publisher,
On February 17,2026, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved a Notice of Call
for Bids to serve as the Official County Newspaper from July I,2026, through June 30, 2027 . I
have enclosed a copy of the notice with this letter for your reference.
Sealed bids are to be received by the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners office no later
than March 26,2026, at2;00p.m. at the Kittitas County Courthouse 205 West 5th Avenue, Room
108, Ellensburg, WA 98926. At that time all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The
Bid and Contract will be awarded at the April 7, 2026, Commissioners Agenda Session at 10:00
a.m.

be opened at that time.
