KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 7, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Boards signature on Agreement for Services with Gibson <br />and Son Road Building for the Cle Elum Transfer Station Driveway <br />Improvements and Tank Replacement Project. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The County received eight bids on March 3, 2026 for the Cle Elum <br />Transfer Station Project. <br /> <br /> On March 16, 2026 SCJ Alliance completed their bid review and <br />issued a letter recommending awarding the project to Gibson and <br />Sons Road Building. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Facilities and Waste Operations Director, SCJ and Prosecutors office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards signature on the Agreement for Services for the <br />Cle Elum Transfer Station Driveway Improvement and Tank <br />Replacement project. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Agreement for Services <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey, Facilities and Waste Operations Director <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
