<br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br /> <br />NO. 2026-____ <br /> <br />TO ADOPT THE 2026 INTERNAL RATE FOR UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION <br /> <br />WHEREAS: all local governments may elect to contribute via Tax Basis or In-lieu contribution <br />basis regarding Unemployment Compensation per RCW 50.44.030; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County has selected Option 2, In-lieu contribution basis; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: the State Auditor prescribes the accounting for In-lieu contributions.
