03/16/2026 MINUTES 1 COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON CONFERENCE ROOM REGULAR MEETING MONDAY 9:00 A.M. MARCH 16, 2026 Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Commissioner Laura Osiadacz. Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Chelsey Loeffers, Public Health Director; Patti Stacey, Facilities Director; and one member of the public. REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration meeting. PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week ending March 13, 2026. UPDATE TEANAWAY PROJECT UPDATE PUBLIC HEALTH Chelsey Loeffers, Public Health Director, provided a status update on the Teanaway Project. She stated that Staff met with HopeSource and Pacifica Law Group where changes were reviewed and recommended. She shared that the meeting went really well and everyone was in agreement with the discussed changes. She stated that Pacifica Law Group can produce documents to memoralize what was discussed for the Board to approve. She wanted to make sure there were no concerns before they did any additional work. The Board stated that they were in support of the work product being produced for their consideration.
