PROCLAMATIONS - NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE <br /> APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. <br />Chairman Wright seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA
