BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO.2o2t I)o:L <br />RE,SOLUTION TO AUTHORIZEEXE,CUTION OF AGREEMENTS FOR SERVICES <br />FOR RECIPIENTS OF l/lOTH FUNDS <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners (BOCC) established a Mental Health <br />Tax via Kittitas County Ordinance No. 2021-017; and <br />WHEREAS, the proceeds generated from the Mental Health Tax imposed in accordance with <br />RCW 82.14.460,are to be used to fund programs related to chemical dependency, <br />mental health treatment, or therapeutic courts; and <br />WHEREAS, the BOCC awarded funds via resolution2025-030,2025-060 to the following <br />entities: Boys & Girls Club, CWU, Kittitas County Health Network, Peers Rising, <br />Upper Kittitas County Senior Center, and Hopesource; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement for Services for each award recipient is attached hereto and hereby <br />incorporated by this reference. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorizes execution of the attached Agreements for Services with <br />the Boys & Girls Club, CWU, Kittitas County Health Network, Peers Rising, Upper Kittitas <br />County Senior Center, and Hopesource. <br />DATED this Lth day of 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTIT COLINTY, WASHINGTON <br />ulr <br />p <br />co <br />SE,AL <br />7 <br />k of the
