KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: March 3, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Board of County Commissioners’ approval to sign Change <br />Order No. 7 on the Jail Renovation Project. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The County has been working on the renovations and improvements <br />to the existing Kittitas County Jail. As part of the kitchen remodel it <br />was found that additional work needed to be done in the dish pit area. <br /> This work will include adding stainless steel and fastening the tables <br />to the floor. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Knit Architects, and Corrections Staff <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend Boards approval to for Facilities and Waste operation <br />Director to sign Change Order No. 7 for Kittitas County Jail Facilities <br />Renovation. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Change Order 7 <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
