BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF PROFESSIONAL SERVICES <br />AGREEMENT BETWEEN GUARDIAN RFID AND KITTITAS COUNTY <br />RESOLUTION No. 2026 - <br />WHEREAS: Among other things, Guardian RFID provides a system comprised of software, <br />hardware, support services, and a web -based software as a service platform to deliver <br />a wide range of inmate management, monitoring, and tracking solutions; and <br />WHEREAS: Among other things Kittitas County operates a correctional facility located at 205 W <br />5th Ave. Suite 1 Ellensburg, WA 98926 and in doing so must maintain control over - <br />inmates and property; and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County desires to implement the Guardian RFID System by licensing the <br />software, purchasing the hardware and support services, and obtaining rights to use <br />the web -based software as a service platform. Guardian RFID is willing to provide <br />computer hardware and software for inmate management, monitoring, and tracking <br />solutions for Kittitas County exclusively at the facility; and <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED in consideration of the mutual promises and <br />covenants contained herein together with other good and valuable consideration, the receipt <br />and legal sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the Parties incorporate the Recitals <br />herein and that the Agreement between Guardian RFID and the Kittitas County Jail shall <br />continence on December 9, 2026 and continue to until terminated. <br />ADOPTED this day of March, 2026. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Cory Wright, Chairman <br />Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman <br />Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />APPAavep Sy L.tl._s 4-11-192. <br />❑ Clerk of the Board- Julie Kjorsvik Deputy Prosecuting Attorney <br />❑ Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />
