KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: March 3, 2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a <br />Professional Services Agreement Between Kittitas County and Guardian RFID. <br />BACKGROUND: This is a renewal of our current Agreement SH22-019. Guardian <br />RFID provides a system comprised of software, hardware, support services, and a web - <br />based software as a service platform to deliver a wide range of inmate management, <br />monitoring, and tracking solutions and we would like to continue to use the system by <br />licensing the software, purchasing the hardware and support services, and obtaining <br />rights to use the web -based software as a service platform. Officer Experience Platform <br />(OXP) that includes RFID inmate tracking services, mobile electronic documentation, <br />secure cloud hosting, and interface with Kittitas County's existing jail management <br />system. This system will allow inmate tracking capability, predictive and prescriptive <br />analytics to achieve 100% irregular round compliance on all cell checks, comprehensive <br />system of digital documentation that\ includes photo and video evidence. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing Execution of a <br />Professional Services Agreement Between Kittitas County and Guardian RFID <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO. <br />LEAD STAFF: LEC Duncan <br />
