Vice- <br />Chairman Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Commissioner Osiadacz moved to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Vice-Chairman Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 2-0. <br /> <br />
