FEBRUARY 9, 2026 <br />Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright & Commissioner Laura <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Wachsmith <br /> <br />Others: Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 11:02 a.m. Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting and announced <br />the Board would enter into an Executive Session for 10 minutes with <br />Prosecuting Attorney, Molly McDowell; Treasurer, Amy Cziske; <br />Accounting Assistant, Mindy Delozier; and Chief Deputy Sheriff, <br />Darren Higashiyama, under RCW 42.30.110(i) To discuss with Legal <br />Counsel representing the Agency, matters relating to Agency <br />enforcement actions, or to discuss with Legal Counsel representing <br />the Agency, litigation or potential litigation to which the Agency, <br />the governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, <br />or is likely to become a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the Agency. No action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 11:12 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
