BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE HOMELESSNESS AND AFFORDABLE <br />HOUSING COMMITTEE BYLAWS <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026.0 S\? <br />WHEREAS, ResolutionNo. 2008-174 combined the Aflordable Housing Committee <br />and the Homelessness committee into unified commiffee to better address <br />the needs of the community; and <br />WHEREAS, the committee approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in September 2019 and February 2025; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department Human Services Division <br />expanded the conflict-of-interest section and incorporated the update into <br />the most recent Homelessness and Affordable Housing bylaws by <br />reference and attached hereto; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the Homelessness and Affordable Housing bylaws as presented. <br />ADOPTED tns?{aay ot <br />dlerk of tile Board <br />2026 <br />BO OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Cory Wright, Chair <br />1Ce Chair <br />Commissioner <br />t <br />7
