BOARD OF COT]NTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE l/lOTH OF 17O MENTAL HEALTH AND <br />CHEMICAL DEPENDENCY TAX ADVISORY BOARD BYLAWS <br />RESOLUTTON No. 2026- aA A <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2022-185 established the 1/1Oth of lYo Mental Health and <br />Chemical dependency Tax Advisory Board to make recommendations <br />surrounding the use of related tax funding; and <br />WHEREAS, the committee approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in June 2023 t\'rough resolution2023-I2l; and <br />WHEREAS, the committee finds an update of the bylaws to better reflect their mission <br />and committee processes; and <br />WHEREAS, on October 30t' ,2025,the committee approved the updated bylaws; and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department Human Services Division <br />expanded the conflict-of-interest section and incorporated the update into <br />the most recent bylaws by reference and attached hereto; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the li 1Oth of loh Mental Health and Chemical dependency Tax <br />Advisory Board bylaws as presented. <br />ADoPTED ffi, b7(duy orh,fuilAtt 2026. <br />,r- <br />BOARD OF COT]NTY COMMISIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />AEIGEN? <br />cory wiiglf,-Chair <br />ice Chair <br />k of The Board Osiadacz, Commissioner
