KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "AgreemenY') is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County''), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Public Safety Psychological Services <br />(hereinafter "Contracto/' ). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: Conduct psychological evaluations including related <br />interviews of applicants for employment or reserve service upon request by the Kittitas County Sheriffs <br />Office. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through t2-3L-2028, unless the <br />Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />couNTY CONTRACTOR <br />a <br />This Agreement includes the following which are attached hereto and hereby incorporated by this <br />reference: <br />Kittitas County Sheriffs Office <br />307 W.
