BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES <br />ADVISORY COMMITTEE BYLAWS <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2026-____ <br /> <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Resolution No. 2016-025 separated the Mental Health, Developmental <br />Disabilities, Substance Abuse board establishing a separate <br />Developmental Disabilities Board; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the board approved the development and implementation of previous <br />bylaws in February 2019 and January 2025; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the board finds an update of the bylaws to better reflect their mission and <br />committee processes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Public Health Department Human Services Division <br />expanded the conflict-of-interest section and incorporated the update into <br />the most recent bylaws by reference and attached hereto; and <br /> <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Board of County Commissioners, <br />approves and adopts the Developmental Disabilities Advisory Committee bylaws as <br />presented. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this day of 2026. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> ________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright, Chair <br /> <br /> <br /> _________________________________ <br />ATTEST: Brett Wachsmith, Vice Chair <br /> <br /> <br />______________________________ _________________________________ <br />Clerk of The Board Laura Osiadacz, Commissioner <br />
