KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 3, 2026 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge Amendment to The Food Service <br />Partnership Agreement between Kittitas County and Summit Food Service, LLC. <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County has had a Professional Services Operating <br />Agreement with Summit Food Service, LLC., formerly known as Consolidated Food <br />Management, Inc. since 2011, for the management and operation of the food service <br />program at the Kittitas County Jail. Summit and the Kittitas County Jail have expressed <br />their desire to extend the period of the agreement an additional year. This amendment is <br />renewing another year with no increase. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Acknowledge Amendment to The Food Service Partnership <br />Agreement between Kittitas County and Summit Food Service, LLC. <br />LEAD STAFF: LEC Duncan <br />
