The subject parcel is located off Four Wheel <br />Drive approximately 1.5 miles southwest of the intersection of Fowler Creek Road and <br />Forest Service Road 4517, southwest of Cle Elum, WA. The one (1) parcel totals 3.05 <br />acres and is wholly covered by priority habitat and species. Per KCC 17A.04.020(1)(d), <br />state priority habitats and areas associated with state priority species are considered a <br />fish and wildlife habitat conservation area. After a review of the application materials <br />and a site visit, staff have determined that the parcels qualify for the transfer of <br />development rights. When signed and recorded, the TDR conservation easement will <br />create one (1) development right certificate.
