Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />January 20, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves a Resolution adopting the Kittitas County 5-year <br />Homelessness Plan 2025-2030 <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />Per RCW 43.185C.050 Local Homeless Housing Plans. Each local homeless housing task force <br />shall prepare and recommend to its local governmental legislative authority a five-year homeless <br />housing plan for its jurisdictional area. In October, the Homelessness and Affordable Housing <br />Committee recommended the final version of the plan. On December 1, Kittitas County Public <br />Health published notice to consider adopting the plan.
