KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: January 20, 2026 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Public Safety Psychological Services for 2026-2028. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This agreement is between Kittitas County and Public Safety <br />Psychological Services for conducting fitness-for-duty evaluations, conducting <br />psychological evaluations of applicants for employment or reserve service, and preparing <br />and conveying reports of psychological findings and applicant evaluations for the Kittitas <br />County Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved this agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and Public Safety Psychological Services for 2026-2028. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return originals to the Sheriff’s Office for signatures and will return one <br />fully executed original to BOCC. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff
