JANUARY 7, 2026

Board members present: Chairman Cory Wright; Vice-Chairman Brett
Wachsmith & Commissioner Laura Osiadacz.

Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Bryan Elliott,
Auditor & Patti Stacey, Facilities Maintenance Director.
PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE
REQUEST SOW KC AUDITOR’S OFFICE AUDITOR
Chairman Wright opened a Special Meeting to consider a Scope of
Work for the Auditor’s Office modification.

Bryan Elliott, Auditor, reviewed a Staff Report explaining that
the Auditor’s Office currently utilizes a 24 x 15 multipurpose
break and storage room located on the east side of the front
office. Commissioner Osiadacz seconded the motion.
Motion carried 3-0.

EXECUTIVE SESSION RCW 42.30.110 (g) COMMISSIONERS

At 1:11 p.m. Chairman Wright announced the Board would recess
into an Executive Session for 10 minutes with the Board only;
under RCW 42.30.110 (g) To evaluate the qualifications of an
applicant for public employment or to review the performance of
a public employee. However, subject to RCW 42.30.140(4),
discussion by a governing body of salaries, wages, and other
conditions of employment to be generally applied within the
