BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COTINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION TO ACKNOWLEDGE LETTER AND ACCEPT UPDATED TIMELINE <br />RESOLUTIoN No. 202s -A A <br />WHEREAS: On January 3, 2023, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />("BOCC") entered into a real property lease with C.R. Wales Investment LLC., <br />("Lessee") for the lease ofreal property; and <br />WIIEREAS: On March 4,2025,a1Lessee's request, the BOCC signed ResolutionNo.2025-057, <br />for the purpose of extending the timeline for the opening of the Bowling Alley to a <br />new date of December 31,2025; and <br />WHEREAS: Lessee has been diligently working to deal with unforeseen delays encountered <br />while making the necessary upgrades to the facility; and <br />WHEREAS: On October 14,2025, Lessee submitted a letter requesting a second extension of <br />the timeline for the opening of the Bowling Alley, with a proposed date of July l, <br />2026; and <br />NOW TIIEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners <br />hereby acknowledges the October 14,2025letter requesting to extend the timeline <br />for the opening of the Bowling Alley from December 31,2025 to July 1,2026, and <br />accepts the updated timeline. <br />ADOPTED this j !-Aay of November, 2025. <br />UNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />Commi <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM:
