Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jodi Larsen, Office <br />Administrator; Zack DeHaven, Budget and Finance Director; Chelsey <br />Loeffers, Public Health Director; Roger Hansberry, Security Deputy <br />and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 12, 2025. <br /> <br />CERTIFICATE RETIREMENT – ROGER HANSBERRY COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wachsmith moved to approve Board signature on a <br />Certificate of Appreciation to Roger Hansberry for his dedicated <br />service to the citizens of Kittitas County from May 13, 2009, <br />through December 31, 2025, Vice-Chairman Wright seconded. Motion <br />carried 2-0. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION DEATHERIDGE APPEAL FEE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chelsey Loeffers, Public Health Director, reviewed a staff report <br />and explained that Public Health had been asked to bring forward a <br />request for the Board to consider refunding the Deatherage Appeal
