MONDAY <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />PUBLIC WORKS STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />CONIlMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 <br />Regular Meeting <br />1:30 PM December 22, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz, and Commissioner <br />Brett Wachsmith. <br />Others: Josh FredrIt <br />ickson, <br />Amy McGuffin, Chamber of <br />Lisa Godden, Reid Burbank, Public Works; <br />Commerce. <br />At 1:30PM Chairman Laura Osiadacz opened the Public Works Study <br />Session. <br />NO CITIZEN COMMENTS <br />EQUIPMENT RENTAL AND REPLACEMENT (ER&R) 2026 RATES <br />Josh Fredrickson briefed the Board of County Commissioners that <br />annually it 'is required that Equipment Rental and Replacement Rates <br />are reviewed and adopted,. No changes are proposed from the 2025 <br />rates to 2026 rates. <br />Josh Fredrickson requested approval of the Resolution to adopt <br />Equipment Rental and Replacement rates for 2026. <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith moved to <br />Chairman Laura Osiadacz seconded the <br />approved. <br />CLE ELUM BUSINESS INCUBATOR <br />approve <br />motion. <br />Resolution <br />2025-258 <br />and <br />Resolution 2025-258 <br />Josh Fredrickson briefed the Board of County Commissioners regarding <br />the building at 214 North Pennsylvania Avenue in Cle Elum owned by <br />the Kittitas Countv Chamber of Commerce. Josh Fredrickson briefed <br />the Board of County Commissioners <br />Commerce would like to refund the <br />the building in exchange for the <br />Josh Fredrickson requested <br />Commissioners to move. <br />that the Kittitas County Chamber <br />funds used towards the purchase <br />removal of the deed restriction. <br />direction from the Board <br />of County <br />of <br />of <br />Commissioner Brett Wachsmith made a motion to direct staff to prepare <br />the enabling documents to remove the deed restriction and accept <br />refund funding from the Chamber of Commerce.
