• <br />Kittitas Count <br />Public Health <br />Departmei, <br />To Protect and Promote the Health and the Environment of the People of Kittitas County <br />KITTITAS COUNTY BOARD OF HEALTH (BOH) <br />Special Meeting Minutes (Public Hearing) <br />September 18, 2025 <br />Commissioners' Auditorium <br />Present <br />Board of Health BOH): Brett Wachsmith, Laura Osiadacz (Web), Danielle Bertschi (Web), Linda Navarre, <br />Dede Feddema <br />Absent: Cory Wright <br />Public Health: Candi Blackford, Chelsey Loeffers, Erin Moore, Kate Johnson, MacKenzie Carter, Rebekah <br />Moon, Melissa Schumaier, Dora Beukelman, Katie Odiaga, Cambron Walker, Nea Alfaro, Jessica Santos, <br />Audi Martinez, Whitney Wheelock, Mark Larson M.D. <br />Others: Zack DeHaven <br />Brett Wachsmith called the Public Hearing to order at 10:00 am. <br />Public Comment <br />Open at 10:01 a.m. <br />Closed at 10:01 a.m. <br />Audi Martinez stepped to the microphone and reviewed the addition of the Passport Program and Fees. <br />The Passport Program was previously housed in the Kittitas County Clerks Office. Once the clerk's office <br />decided to discontinue the service the Kittitas County Public Health Office decided that this program was <br />a good fit for the department. Health Promotion staff have been trained as Acceptance Agents through <br />the U.S Department of State. Ony trained staff are allowed to handle U.S Passport applications. <br />There were no questions from the board and Brett Wachsmith asked for a motion to approve the BOH <br />Resolution 2025-003 adopting the amended 2025 Public Health Fee Schedule. <br />09.01: Motion to approve the BOH Resolution 2025-003 adopting the amended 2025 Public Health Fee <br />Schedule. Dede Feddema moved to approve the BOH Resolution 2025-003 adopting the amended <br />2025 Public Health Fee Schedule. Linda Navarre second. All approved. Motion 09.01 carried to <br />approve the BOH Resolution 2025-003 adopting the amended 2025 Public Health Fee Schedule. <br />Brett Wachsmith asked for a motion to approve BOCC Resolution 2025-170 adopting the amended 2025 <br />Kittitas County Public Health Fee Schedule. <br />09.02: Motion to approve the BOCC Resolution 2025-170 adopting the amended 2025 Public Health <br />Fee Schedule. Brett Wachsmith moved to approve the BOCC Resolution 2025-170 adopting the <br />amended 2025 Public Health Fee Schedule. Laura Osiadacz second. All approved. Motion 09.02 <br />carried to approve the BOCC Resolution 2025-170 adopting the amended 2025 Public Health Fee <br />Schedule. <br />
