<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 16, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approve an <br />agreement between Kittitas County and the Boys and Girls Club of <br />the Columbia Basin for 2026. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The proposed 2026 Agreement between Kittitas County and the Boys <br />and Girls Club of the Columbia Basin is in the amount of $40,000.00 <br />to provide funding to finalize necessary permitting for the <br />“Community Hub” in Cle Elum, per Finance Study Session on July <br />24, 2025. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Agreement as approved by the Prosecutors office (12059) and the <br />budget amount has been verified by Zack DeHaven, Budget and <br />Finance Director. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize Board signature on the Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and the Boys and Girls Club of the Columbia Basin. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 1 copy – Clerk of the Board <br /> 2 Originals – Boys and Girls Club of the Columbia Basin for <br />signature and return 1 original to the Clerk of the Board. <br /> Upon receipt of fully executed Agreement, BOCC office to send a <br />copy to Lisa Bugni in the Auditor’s Office. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT Agreement between Kittitas County and Boys and Girls Club of the <br />Columbia Basin. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Zack DeHaven, Budget and Finance Director. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
