Excused: Chairman Laura Osiadacz. <br /> Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator; and one member of <br />the public. <br /> REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br />At 9:00 a.m. Vice-Chairman Wright opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending December 5, 2025. <br /> APPOINTMENT PLAC APPOINTMENTS/UPDATES COMMISSIONERS <br />Vice-Chairman Wright reviewed a Staff Report from the last PLAC <br />meeting that outlined recommendations for appointment and <br />restructuring the term limits of current members as well as <br />acknowledging that a member would not be reappointed. <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to not reappoint Steve Worley and to <br />adjust the term limits of current members as outlined in the Staff <br />Report. <br />Current Terms: <br />• 2025: Emily Smith, Steve Worley, Bridget Wood, Greg Parker, <br />Fred Slyfield, two vacant positions <br />• 2026: Tom Morris, Gary Berndt
