The design will support timed event cattle handling operations while accommodating the structural layout of the new grandstands and existing arena infrastructure <br /> <br /> Submit bids to the Kittitas Valley Event Center Director, Kady Porterfield, by 5:00pm on January 15, 2026, at which time bids will no longer be accepted. Bids will be opened at the Kittitas Valley Event Center Director Office on January 16, 2026 at 9:00am. <br /> <br /> <br /> The specifications for the project may be seen at the office of the Board of Commissioners and online at http://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/notices/.
