<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Regular Agenda Session <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: December 2nd, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Approval of Amended Interlocal Agreement for the <br />Consolidated Lodging Tax Advisory Committee <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Board of County Commissioners approved the Amendment to the <br />Consolidated Lodging Tax Advisory Committee via Resolution 2025- <br />224 at the November 18th Regular Agenda Session. <br /> <br /> The City of Ellensburg approved the same Amendment at their <br />November 17th meeting, however their version contains minor, non- <br />substantive edits. The Kittitas County Prosecutors Office has <br />reviewed and approved the changes as to form. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The City of Ellensburg has provided a signed copy of the Interlocal <br />Agreement Amendment.
