KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 18, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request approval of chairs signature on AIA Document G7701 — <br />2017, Change Order 003. Adding Sky Light Coverings to outdoor <br />recreational areas. <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The Jail has requested that the outdoor recreation areas be covered to <br />allow them to be used year-round. The Architect has prepared a <br />design to provide skylights over the area to allow for year-round use <br />of the area. <br />Belsaas and Smith Construction has provided the county with a price <br />to add the skylights over the three outdoor recreation areas.
