KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: November 18, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards approval on bowling alley timeline resolution. <br />BACKGROUND: On October 14, 2025 the Lessee (C.R. Wales Investment LLC.) <br />submitted a letter requesting a second extension of the timeline for the <br />opening of the bowling alley due to unforeseen delays of equipment. <br />The new proposed date is July 1, 2026 <br />INTERACTION: Kittitas County Facilities, BOCC <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommending approval on the resolution for time extension. <br />HANDLING: Original — Clerk of the Board <br />Copy — Maintenance <br />ATTACHMENTS: Letters from Lessee to the County and from Vendors. <br />LEAD STAFF: Cody Cupp, Assistant Maintenance Director <br />
