NOVEMBER 3, 2025 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright and Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board, Jodi Larsen, Office Administrator; and one member of <br />the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, Chamber CEO invited the Board to the CVS Ribbon <br />Cutting today at 10:00 a.m. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action Forms and Vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending October 31, 2025. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 2025-212 BOCC OFFICE CLOSURE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve a Resolution No. 2025-212, <br />Resolution Authorizing the Closure of the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners Office on December 12, 2025. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />LETTER GOV., WSDOT, HOUSE SENATE TRANS COM. COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve and authorize Chair signature <br />on a letter to Governor Ferguson, WSDOT, House and Senate
