Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. <br />Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />PROCLAMATION FLOOD AWARENESS MONTH PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve a Proclamation declaring November <br />2025 as Flood Awareness Month in Kittitas County, encouraging all <br />residents living, working, or traveling through flood-prone areas to <br />join in developing a flood preparedness plan for themselves and
