On March 18, 2025 a LUPA appeal was filed by <br />Ellensburg Cement Products in Washington State Superior Court. On June 28, 2025 <br />the court vacated the SEPA MDNS and remanded Docket Item 2024-013 back to <br />Kittitas County. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: CDS, Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Amended Ordinance 2025-001 <br /> <br />STAFF <br />RECOMMENDATION: CDS staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the proposed <br />ordinance amendment for the 2024 Annual Comprehensive Plan Amendment Cycle. <br /> <br />HANLDING: Presentation to the Board by Kittitas County Community Development Services. <br /> <br /> <br />RESPONSIBLE STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Community Development Services, Planning Manager
