<br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025-____ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF KITTITAS COUNTY TOURISM <br />INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS AGREEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Lodging Tax Advisory Committee (“LTAC”) met in an open <br />public meeting on July 9, 2025, to consider Kittitas County Tourism <br />Infrastructure Projects Applications and develop funding recommendations for <br />consideration by the Board of County Commissioners; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved Resolution 2025-141 <br />Adopting the Kittitas County Tourism Infrastructure Projects Applications on <br />August 5, 2025, an amended Resolution is attached to include the agreements for <br />the City of Cle Elum and additional funding for KVEC Rodeo Grandstands <br />Project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The LTAC met on September 10, 2025, in an open public meeting and approved <br />the contract language recommended by the Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office; <br />and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, does hereby approve and authorize execution of Kittitas County Tourism <br />Infrastructure Project Agreements LSC-2025-001 through LSC 2025-005. <br /> <br />ADOPTED this __________day of ______________, 2025 <br /> <br /> <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> ______________________________________ <br /> Chairman <br /> <br /> ______________________________________ <br /> Vice-Chairman <br /> <br /> ______________________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> <br />_______________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board
