KITTITAS COUNTY <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: November 4, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Approve the Interdepartmental Agreement between the <br />Kittitas County Treasurer and County Community <br />Development Services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Treasurer’s office and County <br />Community Development Services have entered and signed <br />an Interdepartmental Agreement for special assessments on <br />parcels of property in Kittitas County for the Abatement of <br />public nuisances. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Agreement has been approved and signed by the <br />County Treasurer, Community Development Services <br />Director, and Prosecuting Attorney. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Interdepartmental Agreement between the <br />Kittitas County Treasurer and County Community <br />Development Services. <br /> <br />HANDLING: 2 – Copies, Treasurer’s Office, Community <br /> Development Services <br /> 2 – Original Resolutions, Treasurer’s and Community <br /> Development Services office upon fully executed <br />Resolution. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Interdepartmental Agreement between CDS & KCT, <br />Interdepartmental Resolution. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Mindy DeLozier, Accounting Assistant III, Treasurers <br />Office <br />
