2025-10-21 MINUTES 1 <br />COMMISSIONERS' MINUTES KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON CONFERENCE ROOM SPECIAL MEETING TUESDAY 1:00 P.M. OCTOBER 21, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz & Vice-Chairman Cory <br />Wright, & Commissioner Brett Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Jeanne Killgore, HR <br />Director; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Miko <br />Tempski, Deputy Prosecutor III; Therese Murphy, Deputy Prosecutor <br />III. <br /> SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br />At 1:01 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz opened a Special Meeting and <br />announced the Board would enter into an Executive Session for 15 <br />minutes, with Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Miko <br />Tempski, Deputy Prosecutor III; Therese Murphy, Deputy Prosecutor <br />III under RCW 42.30.110(f)to receive and evaluate complaints or <br />charges brought against a public officer or employee. However, upon <br />the request of such officer or employee, a public hearing or a <br />meeting open to the public shall be conducted upon such complaint or <br />charge. Possible action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:16 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:16 p.m. Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess back <br />into an Executive Session for 15 minutes, with Stephanie Hartung, <br />Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Miko Tempski, Deputy Prosecutor III; <br />Therese Murphy, Deputy Prosecutor III under RCW 42.30.110(f)to <br />receive and evaluate complaints or charges brought against a public <br />officer or employee.
