As a <br />result of their discussions, the Council directed me to notify the Board of County Commissioners <br />that the City of Roslyn would be in support of a reasonable weed board assessment for properties <br />within the City limits. The Council’s preference would be that an assessment schedule for <br />property in all cities be developed and implemented so that the cost of managing noxious weeds <br />county wide can be equitably supported. <br /> <br />The Council recognizes how important effective weed management is to supporting a sustainable <br />agricultural community and maintaining a high quality environment. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Brent E.
