KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SIIERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGEI\DA STAFF REPORT <br />AGEIIDA DATE: October 14,2025 <br />ACTION REQTIESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide I for 1 camera <br />installations at Kittitas County Jail as well as (10) new camera installations and (2) <br />relocations. <br />BACKGROTIND: AEU is the winning bid, going through the county's purchasing <br />process. This proposal with AEU is to provide 1 for 1 camera installations at Kittitas <br />County jail as well as (10) new camera installations and (2) relocations. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to provide I for 1 cutmera <br />installations at Kittitas County Jail as well as (10) new camera installations and (2) <br />relocations. <br />HANDLING: Retum one fully executed original to the Sheriffs Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Jeremy Reynolds, LE System Administrator
