KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF’S OFFICE <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 21st, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Contract Between Kittitas County <br />and CompassDirect Healthcare. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This is a contract between County and CompassDirect for a <br />qualified clinical staff member (nurse) to provide additional services to our facility and <br />have nursing staff now in the facility until 2300hrs Mon-Fri. This is funded by Kittitas <br />County Board of County Commissioners Resolution 2022-072, contract number SH22- <br />011 Amendment No. 4 for the monies we receive from the HCA for MOUD/MAUD in <br />jails. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved this amendment to the original agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Contract Between Kittitas County and <br />CompassDirect Healthcare. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return 1 fully executed original to KCSO <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: LT.
