KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 21, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Chairs signature on AIA 101 Agreement between <br />owner and contractor for the Rodeo Arena Seating <br />Improvement Project. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County went out to bid for the Rodeo Arena Seating <br />Improvement Project, and 8 bids were received on September <br />30, 2025. The Architect and County Staff reviewed the bids and <br />recommend to award the bid to Cascade Central Construction <br />on October 15, 2025. <br /> <br /> The Architect has supplied the AIA 101 Agreement between the <br />owner and contractor for the Chairs signature. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Prosecutors Office and ALSC Architects, <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the Board of County Commissioners approve <br />Chairs signature on the AIA 101 Agreement between Kittitas <br />County and Cascade Central Construction. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed copy <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: AIA 101 Agreement between owner and contractor for the <br />Rodeo Arena Seating Improvement Project. <br /> <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
