KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: October 14, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Boards signature on the Agreement for Service with <br />Parametrix Inc. for Environmental Engineering Services. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Kittitas County made a request for qualifications for on-call <br />environmental engineering services. One proposal was <br />received and after discussions with the engineering firm it was <br />determined that they were qualified to assist the county with <br />engineering needs. <br /> <br /> On September 16, 2025 agenda the Board of County <br />Commissioners approved and signed the Agreement for <br />Services with Parametrix Inc. The document was then sent to <br />Parametrix for their signature, and they have requested minor <br />revisions to the document. After discussions with the <br />Prosecutors’ office, I have made the necessary revisions to the <br />Agreement for Services. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Prosecutors Office and Parametrix Inc., <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Recommend the Board of County Commissioners sign the <br />Agreement for Service agreement with Parametrix Inc. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed copy <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Agreement for Services <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
