KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: October 21, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Authorizing the Selection <br />of Commonstreet Consulting, LLC for Professional Right <br />of Way services supporting Public Works for up to a Three - <br />Year Period and Authorize the Public Works Director to <br />Negotiate and Sign the Professional Services Agreement. <br />BACKGROUND: On July 1, 2025, Public Works received approval to <br />advertise a request for Statement of Qualifications to solicit <br />for professional services (consistent with state law and <br />County policy). Submittals were due July 31, 2025, for <br />Public Works staff review and scoring. After review of <br />responder information, Public Works recommends the <br />selection of Commonstreet Consulting, LLC for said <br />services.
