OCTOBER 6, 2025 <br />Board members present: Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Vice-Chairman Wright and <br />Commissioner Wachsmith. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Josh Fredrickson, Public <br />Works Director; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Patti <br />Stacey, Facilities Director; Kasey Knutson, Human Services Manager; <br />Nancy Shaff, Chief Administrative Deputy; Ed Buntin, Jail Lieutenant; <br />Sarah Keith, Superior Court Administrator; Kady Porterfield, Event <br />Center Director - Webex; Rob Taylor, Deputy Prosecutor I; Haley <br />Rominger, Judicial Assistant. <br /> CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Chairman Osiadacz called the meeting to order. <br /> PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE <br />Chairman Osiadacz led the Pledge of Allegiance. INTRODUCTION OF NEW COUNTY EMPLOYEES <br />Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor, introduced Rob Taylor <br />DPA 1. She stated he is not new to the County but new to the Civil <br />Division and was previously working on the Criminal Division side. <br /> <br />Sarah Keith, Superior Court Administrator, introduced Haley Rominger as <br />their new Judicial Assistant who will work directly with Judge Kirkham. PROCLAMATIONS - NONE AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS - NONE APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Vice-Chairman Wright moved to approve the Agenda, as presented. <br />Commissioner Wachsmith seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> CONSENT AGENDA
