BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025- <br />A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTION OF AGREEMENTS FOR <br />SERVICES BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND KITTITAS VALLEY <br />OPPORTUNITIES <br />WHEREAS, Kittitas County Public Health Department (KCPHD) wishes to enter into <br />Agreements for Services with Kittitas Valley Opportunities (KVO) to provide a <br />coordinated and comprehensive state and local program of services for persons <br />with developmental disabilities in accordance with Chapter 71A.14 RCW; and <br />WHEREAS, KVO agrees to provide services in Kittitas County as discussed in Attachment A <br />"Scope of Work" of each agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, KCPHD agrees to compensate KCHN a total of $25,000.00, when all <br />requirements are met, as discussed in Attachment B "Compensation" of the <br />agreement; and <br />WHEREAS, this program shall commence on June 1, 2025, and run through June 30, 2026, <br />unless the agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided in <br />the attached agreement, including the respective attachments; and <br />WHEREAS, KCPHD Developmental Disabilities Administrative Specialist shall be the <br />contact for Kittitas County, and Michelle Williams is the contact for KVO. This <br />agreement with its respective attachments, in full, is attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Boards' signature on the Agreement for <br />Services between Kittitas County and Kittitas Vally Opportunities. <br />DATED this 1{,day of 0 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />_]{L
