KITTITAS COUNTY <br />AGREEMENT FOR SERVICES <br />This Agreement for Services (hereinafter "Agreement") is entered into by and between Kittitas County <br />(hereinafter "County"), a political subdivision of the State of Washington, and Alan J. Key, Central Washington <br />Polygraph & Investigations, LLC (hereinafter "Contractor"). <br />The purpose of this Agreement is as follows: pre -employment polygraph services for Sheriff's Office <br />applicants. <br />The term of this Agreement shall be from the date of execution through December 31, 2028, unless the <br />Agreement is terminated early or its term is extended as provided herein. <br />The parties' addresses and points of contact for the administration of this Agreement are as follows: <br />COUNTY <br />Kittitas County <br />205 W 5th Ave, Suite 108 <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />Nancy Shaff <br />Chief Admin.
