Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br /> <br />At the conclusion of reviewing each item Vice-Chairman Wright moved to <br />approve the Consent Agenda, as presented. Commissioner Wachsmith <br />seconded. Motion carried 3-0. <br /> <br /> <br />
