<br /> <br />KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br />Regular Agenda Session <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 16th 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request Adoption of the Kittitas County Fund Balance Policy <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Auditors Office has drafted a countywide fund <br />balance policy for the Unrestricted General Fund. The Auditors <br />Office believes this is the most effective method for calibrating <br />decisions makers to the financial health of the county in regard to <br />available resources.
