BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: September 2, 2025 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution authorizing an interlocal <br />agreement between Kittitas County and Washington State <br />University for the piggyback of Kittitas County’s Banking <br />Services Contract <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Washington State University wishes to piggyback off <br />Kittitas County’s contract for banking services that was <br />awarded to US Bank on September 1st, 2024. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and <br />approved the interlocal agreement. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution authorizing execution of an <br />interlocal agreement between Washington State <br />University and Kittitas County for the piggyback of Kittitas <br />County’s Banking Services Contract. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Please return one singed original copy to the Kittitas <br />County Treasurer’s office. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT: Proposed Resolution <br /> Interlocal Agreement <br /> US Bank Master Services Agreement, Addendum, and <br />Pricing Schedule <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Lisa Murray, Kittitas County Treasurer’s Office
