KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: September 2, 2025 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the amended Professional Services <br />Agreement Between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare. <br />BACKGROUND: The original Professional Service Agreement was approved by the <br />Board of County Commissioners on April 4, 2024. This Amendment is to restructure the <br />contract to allow for adjustments in nursing schedule, provide more coverage throughout <br />all 7 days of the week, and provide a more comparative schedule to nurses in clinics or <br />EDs for retention and moral <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the amended Professional Services <br />Agreement Between Kittitas County and CompassDirect Healthcare. <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriffs Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: LEC Duncan <br />
