Page 1 of 2 <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2025 - _____ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION TO AUTHORIZE EXECUTION OF LEASE AGREEMENTS <br />BETWEEN KITTITAS COUNTY AND MARLIN LEASING CORPORATION dba <br />PEAC SOLUTIONS FPR THE UPPER DISTRICTCOURT COPY MACHINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, pursuant to RCW 36.32.120 and 36.40.100, <br />must review and approve any contracts that do not contain an appropriations <br />clause, which allows the government to cancel the contract if funding for said <br />contract becomes an issue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Upper Kittitas County District Court is due to renew the agreement with Marlin <br />Leasing Corporation dba PEAC Solutions for sixty-three (63) months for the <br />continued lease of its copy machine at a monthly rate of $128.95; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Board has reviewed the agreement and determined that the Upper Kittitas <br />County District Court is authorized to execute (sign) the agreement with Marlin <br />Leasing Corporation dba PEAC Solutions, which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby authorize execution of the attached Agreements upon signature by <br />the parties. <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2025, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />_____________________________ <br />Clerk of the Board
